Terms of Service

Effective date: July 1, 2026

Welcome to Robbi. These Terms of Service explain how you may use Robbi and related services.

1. About Robbi

Robbi is an AI assistant designed to help users manage everyday tasks, including appointment booking, reminders, calendar actions, music control, and selected third-party service connections.

Robbi is currently an MVP/demo service and may not include all features, integrations, or reliability expected from a final commercial product.

2. Not medical advice

Robbi does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency medical services.

Any health-related information provided by Robbi is for general assistance and coordination only. Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

In case of emergency, users should contact local emergency services immediately.

3. User responsibilities

By using Robbi, you agree to:

  • provide accurate information when booking or managing appointments;
  • review important details before confirming actions;
  • use Robbi only for lawful purposes;
  • not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the service;
  • respect the terms of connected third-party services.

4. Third-party services

Robbi may allow users to connect selected third-party services, including calendar, email, music, maps, transport, appointment, health, pharmacy, ePrescription, insurance, and other services chosen by the user.

When you connect a third-party service, you may be asked to grant permissions through that service's own authorization process.

Your use of third-party services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Robbi is not responsible for the operation, availability, pricing, content, or policies of third-party services.

5. Connected accounts and permissions

Robbi will only access connected services according to the permissions granted by the user.

Users can disconnect services at any time.

Some features may require paid accounts with third-party providers. For example, music playback may require a paid music subscription with the relevant provider.

Robbi does not sell third-party subscriptions.

6. Calendar and email integrations

If you connect calendar or email services, Robbi may help you add appointments, create reminders, find booking confirmations, or manage appointment-related information.

Users should always review important information before confirming actions.

7. Music integrations

If you connect a music service, Robbi may help search, play, pause, skip, or control music through your own account.

Robbi does not own, store, copy, download, remix, or redistribute music content.

8. Demo medical booking

Robbi may include demo medical booking flows and appointment-related features.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, demo bookings are for demonstration purposes and may not represent real medical appointments.

9. Availability and changes

Robbi may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Some integrations may be unavailable, limited, or marked as Coming Soon.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

10. Limitation of liability

Robbi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robbi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
