FAQ

How Robbi Health works

Robbi can work with different document storage options instead of forcing every user into one system.

  • Connected medical services

Documents can remain in a compatible clinic portal, electronic health record or dedicated medical document service connected by the user.

  • Secure Robbi Health storage

Documents can be stored in an encrypted Robbi Health document vault when this option is available and enabled by the user.

  • Private local storage

Documents may remain on the user’s device or a compatible private Home Hub, while Robbi accesses only the information required for an approved task.

  • External secure storage

Robbi may connect to a supported secure cloud or document provider selected by the user.

Note: You choose where your documents are stored. Robbi shows the source of each document and does not move or share it without permission. Simulated sources in the current demo are clearly labeled as “Demo”.

Robbi uses a ranking mechanism to compare available doctors and appointment slots against the user’s needs, schedule and preferences.

  • Medical match

Specialty, care need and appointment type.

  • Availability

Waiting time, appointment date and current slot availability.

  • Schedule fit

Work hours, calendar events, preferred days and suitable times.

  • Location and travel

Distance, estimated journey time and required travel buffer.

  • Personal preferences

Preferred language, consultation format, accessibility needs and saved provider preferences.

  • Provider and booking signals

Clinic reliability, confirmation speed, cancellation risk and slot-source quality.

Note: Robbi does not simply choose the earliest appointment. It ranks the available options and explains why one option may fit the user better than another.

Example

Best match because it fits your preferred time, requires less travel and has a reliable confirmation history.

Robbi adapts reminders to the user’s routine instead of sending the same notification to everyone.

  • Appointment timing

The appointment time, preparation time and travel time.

  • Daily routine

Work schedule, sleep hours, quiet hours and calendar conflicts.

  • Reminder preferences

Preferred channel, number of reminders and how early they should arrive.

  • Preparation requirements

Documents to bring, medication instructions or other preparation steps.

  • Changes

Weather, transport disruption, rescheduling or updated clinic instructions.

Note: Robbi respects the user’s reminder limits and avoids unnecessary notifications.

Robbi can make medical information easier to read and organise without replacing a qualified healthcare professional.

  • Plain-language explanations

Robbi can explain difficult terms, abbreviations and document sections in simpler language.

  • Structured summaries

Robbi can organise long reports into key findings, dates, measurements and follow-up items.

  • Questions to ask

  • Document connections

  • Uncertainty and safety

Robbi clearly indicates when information is incomplete or requires professional interpretation.

Important: Robbi provides informational support, not a diagnosis or treatment decision. Important medical questions should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
