Robbi is an AI assistant that helps users manage everyday tasks, including appointment booking, reminders, calendar actions, music control, and selected third-party service connections.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Robbi may collect, how it is used, and how users can control connected services.

1. Information we collect

When you use Robbi, we may collect information that you provide directly, including:

  • your name or account information;
  • messages and requests you send to Robbi;
  • appointment preferences;
  • booking details;
  • reminders;
  • user confirmations and actions;
  • connected service status.

Robbi may also collect technical information needed to operate the service, such as app activity, device information, logs, error reports, and security-related data.

2. Connected third-party services

Robbi may allow users to connect selected third-party services, such as calendar, email, music, maps, transport, appointment, health, pharmacy, ePrescription, insurance, and other services chosen by the user.

When you connect a third-party service, Robbi may request permission to access only the data needed to perform the function you choose to use.

For example:

  • calendar services may be used to add appointments, reminders, or check availability;
  • email services may be used to find appointment confirmations or relevant messages;
  • music services may be used to search, play, pause, or control music through your own account;
  • maps or transport services may be used to help plan routes or transportation;
  • appointment and booking services may be used to search, book, confirm, or manage appointments;
  • health-related, pharmacy, ePrescription, or insurance services may be used only with your permission and only for the specific feature you enable.

Robbi does not sell third-party service data.

Robbi does not use third-party service data for advertising.

Robbi does not share third-party service data except when necessary to provide the requested service, operate Robbi, or comply with legal obligations.

3. Google user data

If you connect a Google service, such as Google Calendar or Gmail, Robbi uses Google user data only to provide the features requested or confirmed by you.

Google Calendar data may be used to add appointments, create reminders, update appointment-related events, or check availability if you enable this feature.

Gmail data may be used to find appointment confirmations or other messages relevant to the task requested by the user.

Robbi does not use Google user data for advertising.

Robbi does not sell Google user data.

Robbi does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide user-facing features, comply with law, or maintain security.

4. Music services

If you connect a music service, Robbi may use your authorization to search music, display currently playing content, and control playback through your own account.

Robbi does not sell music subscriptions.

Robbi does not store, download, copy, remix, or redistribute music content.

Your use of music services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Appointment and health-related data

Robbi may process appointment-related information, such as doctor type, visit time, location, booking status, and reminders.

Robbi is not a medical provider and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical services.

Health-related integrations, if enabled, are used only with your permission and only for the specific features you choose to use.

6. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide Robbi assistant functionality;
  • help users book and manage appointments;
  • add events and reminders when requested;
  • control connected services when authorized by the user;
  • improve reliability, safety, and user experience;
  • maintain security and prevent misuse;
  • provide support and troubleshoot issues.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We do not use personal data for third-party advertising.

We may share data only with:

  • service providers needed to operate Robbi;
  • third-party services that the user explicitly connects or requests;
  • legal or regulatory authorities when required by law.

8. Data storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.

Access tokens and connected service credentials should be stored securely and used only for the service connection requested by the user.

9. User control

You can disconnect third-party services at any time inside Robbi or through the third-party provider's account permissions page.

You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

10. Children

Robbi is not intended for children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
